Peshkar Young Digitals Festival 2024

This brief I made for Peshkar was for their Young Digitals Festival in 2024. For this brief I had to create five A3 signage for artists that would be at the event. This project was on a quick turnaround, and I had to also keep in mind that these signs all had to have some level of consistency to the set as well as trying to keep it in line with other promotional material they used.
The concept
The concept behind each design was to look at the title of what their section of the event and base the design around what I could draw out of the titles meaning. But I still had to keep cohesion between the designs, so I did this by having the fonts and the background colours to be the same. This also coincided with the other promotional material of the event.
Primary Typefaces
For each one of the five signs I used two typefaces for this on a variety of sizes. First, I used the work sans font in bold this was at 150px in Adobe Photoshop this typeface was primarily used for the name of the artists on the sign, I used the typeface in this way so the artists station at the event would be more visible for those who may have any visual disabilities.
For the second typeface I used Helvetica Now Bold, for this I used this typeface twice one size I used it at 132px and at twenty-five percent opacity it is not used here due to spacing issues. The one shown here is for the body text at 60px using such typefaces at these big sizes were requested in the brief documentation, but also this would help visibility for those that may have issues with eyesight.
The reason for using the specific colours shown here was due to the brief requirements which explicitly stated I had to use these colours to assure consistency with previous promotional material for their event.

Colour Palette
These three colours were the consistent colours I used in all five of my designs that I made for Peshkar. The reason behind these specific colours was because I researched other material, they had posted to hype the event up as well as looking at their website in which all of these colours were used throughout in some form, so to keep consistency with other promotional material I created these signs for the event for brand recognisability reasons.
